Read their story
Both of my parents were born in Poland. They were interned in Germany during the war and worked on the slave labour farms in that country. They both left Poland in their teens and migrated to Australia in March 1950, settling in Mukinbudin, where my dad worked for the railway to work off the cost of his passage. We now live in Midland.
