My wife had appendix taken out in Cape Town. Children and I came on alone to Fremantle. My wife arrived I think, a week later on the ship ACHILLE LAURO. Photos of us appeared in the papers at the time we stayed at Point Walter Hostel. We then settled in Armadale and now reside in Serpentine.
