My husband and I came to Australia with our 2 daughters aged 3 & 21 months. My husband was born in Egypt and lived there for 23 years. (British father, Greek mother). I met him when my stepfather was posted to Egypt in 1948. We married in England in 1952 and migrated to Australia and went on to have 2 more children Paul & Mark 1961 & 1964. Fred got a job with Vic Rail 3 days after arriving and was with them until he passed away.
