Mary and Len were married on 6/7/1935. The family were originally from Worcester then moved to London. They owned and ran the general store in Shenton Park opposite the school. They had 2 sons Alan (25/5/1939) and Barrie 28/3/1941). Alan became a teacher and Barrie a sales consultant.
