Read their story

After 8 years of military service as a Sergeant Major in WWII and Manager of a Post Office postwar, Umberto migrated to Australia where he worked in a number of jobs including construction of Wellington Dam in Collie and as an underground coalminer for 16 years before retiring to Perth in 1982. With wife Rosa, he raised three children and had a love for family, fishing and gardening.
