Commonwealth nominated migrant. First intake into Graylands Migrant Hostel. Moved to Kennedy St 1953. Owner built home . Alec worked on BP refinery and Cockburn Cement construction. Wife, Margorie, died 1975. Alec left for retirement home 1996.
