Engineer & architect, built a horse mill at Fremantle in 1830/1 in which he ground the colony's first wheat, while hand-writing an early newspaper. He established the 'Old Mill' at South Perth in 1835. Architect of Samson's Fremantle office & their Perth residence. Married Jessica Cameron in 1841.

  • This page shows WK Shenton born in 1842, but that is wrong. That was the year of his death (by drowning). He was born in 1803.
