Wife Ellen and two daughters arrived on ship Zealandic from London 07/12/1911. Retired in 1941 from his business in Toodyay. Son Samuel (Bert) served WWI in Gallipoli, France and with Australian Flying Corps No 1 Squadron 1918 - 1919. Became Real Estate Agent founder of Shellabears.
