Immediately on arrival in Perth Robert was employed by Harold Krantz, Architect. Soon after the War ended they formed Krantz & Sheldon, Architects which became a well-known innovative practice. Robert was mentor to many young architects. His son George carries on the practice as Team Architects Australia Pty Ltd.
