Emilio (Milenko Sepich) Nietta and daughter Luci arrived with few possessions. He had been an Air Force man, but like many immigrants could not have his radio-operator and navigation qualifications recognised. They worked hard and learnt English and within 5 years had purchased a home at Vale Road in Mount Lawley.
