Thomas Sefton was an Anglican Vicar of St Pauls, Tottenham who moved with his wife Marguerite (Peggy) and their three children to take up the post of Rector of Pemberton in the diocese of Bunbury. The family then moved to Wagin where a son Andrew was born in 1961.
