Peter & Val arrived in 1965 from Kent, England. Having completed fourteen years in the Royal Navy, Engineering Branch, Peter soon found work in his trade, mainly construction, precision engineering & later in a supervisory capacity. They produced two sons, Mark and Rodney. Enjoying the lifestyle and climate, they settled happily and became Australian citizens.
