We arrived on the Nest Egg scheme (having $500!) and stayed at the Graylands hostel for 6 months before moving into our new house in Myaree. Jobs were hard to get and finally got a job with BP as a clerk. Attended Perth tech until qualified as Engineer. Great times. We were very lucky.
