Sandy arrived as a young child with his mother, Jean Knowles Rodgers and father, Robert Alan Rodgers from England. First to Adelaide and then to Fremantle where they settled as poultry farmers and orchardists in Forrestfield.

  • I now live on the site of their former poultry farm in Forrestfield. Their house was called 'Burnside'.

  • wow how interesting! I know the huge old palm tree from my Grandmother's garden survived and is now part of a "new" garden. I wonder if it is in your garden?
