Arriving in Fremantle, mum made her destination Kurrawang to be with her brother Siro, who took ill and died less than a month after her arrival. She went to stay with aunt Mrs Della-ca, met my father and married in November 1925. In 1927 they became first pioneers and settled at south Southern Cross.
