Arrived at ‘Sunnyside' Hamilton Hill and worked as a timber worker. Carla, his wife followed, and the family moved to Healy Road. 1956 joined Main Roads Dept. Retired 1986. Lived all his Australian life in Hamilton Hill happily. Survived by Carla, Jim, Alf,, Irma, Ivan, Michael & 8 loved grandchildren.
