Family initially moved to Northam and Elleker. Then to Albany where they spent the rest of their lives working in the service, hospitality, manufacturing and trucking sectors. By the 1960s all the Remajs of Australia (and descendants) lived at Albany and most of them in the same road, MINOR Road.
