Read their story

Forcefully removed from Poland as teenagers to work camps in Germany. They met and married in a Displaced Persons Camp in Austria in July 1946. Smuggled over the border to Italy and dispatched to the UK as refugees. Immigrated to Australia with their two daughters, arriving in Fremantle 20/09/1966.
