James Putt worked for the State Electricity Commission as Engineer and Manager of Kwinana & MUJA Power. Built his yacht MORNING TIDE, an S&S 34 and circumnavigated with Margaret Putt 1991-1996. Children - Judy (born in Canberra), Alisdair & Ian both born in Perth.
