Salvatore, Teresa, sons, Lorenzo & Nello and Aussie-born daughter, Maria settled in Kojonup, where Salvatore worked in the building trade. Despite difficulty communicating in English, as well as health issues, Teresa raised her family to be proud of their background, and to become Australian citizens.
