Upon arrival, Lorenzo travelled to Kojonup with parents, Salvatore & Teresa & brother, Nello, where they lived in tents initially. 'Lorrie' was introduced to cricket & football, helping his assimilation into the community. He became a builder, married, raised three children and became very involved in local community issues.
