Read their story

Left the UK on 21/06/1949. Upon arrival, we were assigned to Point Walter, but Henry, who had been in the Eighth Army for 6 years, could not abide the idea of living in a camp, so we sought private accommodation in Cottesloe, before renting a flat in East Perth. I have written a book & have a copy at 9 Harris Street, Palmyra.
