Frank Richard was born in India and Jean Barbarba was born in England. Family lived in England, Tanganyika and East Africa between 1953-61. Then in Bunbury WA (1962-1970) where third son Neil was born 07/07/1964)., PNG (1970-1981), Darwin NT (1981-1984). Retired to Bunbury in 1984-1997. Now residing in Mandurah. All of family are now Australian citizens.
