Antonio left for Fremantle from the Port of Napoli on 31st May 1957, aged 19. He celebrated his 20th birthday on board on 5/06/1957 & arrived in Australia on 24th June 1957. His first job was driving quarry trucks. He was a taxi driver for over 40 years and retired in 2005.
