Felice departed from Filigudi, Lipari Isole, Italy. After a brief stay in Sydney settled in Fremantle with the rest of his family in 1951. He married Maria Mantegna and still resides in Solomon St Fremantle. Felice was employed at Fremantle Fisherman's Co-Op where he worked for 37 years, retiring in 1989.
