Mum, my brother and I followed my father to Australia two years after he arrived. He was a Farmer/Coal Miner and mum was a Secretary/Housewife. We came to seek a better life. Things were grim in Italy in the 50's. My mothers name was Carla P Collavo when she arrived. She then had to change her name to PISAN as required by Australian law. (My father Guido W Pisan arrived in Sydney in 1955 on the CASTEL FELICE).
