Frank George Pinchin went to Tarin Rock to work on John Stacey's farm. He married Flo Stacey & they had seven children. He was granted land at Tarin Rock & farmed there until moving to Yarnanup in 1946. Pinchin Gully east of Tarin Rock Siding was named after Frank.
