My first employment was with Brisbane & Wanderlich as a labourer. Followed by Carpentry - building homes for workers of the Kwinana Oil Refinery. Later as a sub-contract carpenter and finally a Registered Builder. I married Elsie in 1959 and together had 4 children. I retired in 1989.
