Maria arrived with husband Lino and daughter Eliana in search of better opportunities in Australia. In 1957 Lino died. Maria met Gino Del Pin in Collie and married him in 1960. They settled there and had 3 more daughters; Rosanna, Marisa & Geny. The family has now moved to Perth.
