Mel & Shirley met at boarding school in the Himalayan mountains of India. Mel followed Shirley to England where they married and had 3 of their 4 children. They moved to Australia where Shirley's mother and stepfather had settled in Hilton, WA. They are both retired now and living in Rossmoyne WA.
