Patricia Mary Peters (Pat) arrived from England in 1952, seven months after her husband Jack Peters. She was accompanied by her infant son, William aged eight months. She and Jack established the farm "Petersfield" NW of Mt Barker and they had another three children, Sally, Robert and Tracy.
