Lucy grew up on the island of Vis. Was sent with her son Peter to El Shat Refugee Camp, Egypt in 1942. Joined husband Mate in Australia 1947. Sons Brian, Denis & Jack born in Australia. Lucy lived & worked on their vineyard in the Swan Valley until her death.
