My grandparents came to Australia by chance fleeing the state of Italy post WW2 they where given two tickets to Australia by a man who didn’t want them my grandmother (Savina) and my infant uncle (Lib) came over first while my grandfather worked to bring himself over. They where hard working people and worked various jobs throughout their time in Australia.
