Arrived Australia with two friends 1922, worked on the Goldfields woodlines as a woodcutter. Returned to Italy 1926. Came back to Australia 1927. Took up a conditional lease at Kalannie. Married Maria Battaglia 1938, father to Paul and Mary. Retired to Kewdale in 1956 on five acres. Deceased 1977 aged 80.
