Eugenio went to Nannup to do mill-work. Met Eda Gianoni and they married in December 1954. Eugenio and Eda had four children, Rose-Marie, Pauline, Josephine and John. The family settled in Gosnells where Eugenio still resides. He continued to work in the timber industry until retiring in 1990.
