Hugh Michael (Mike) Peddie came to Australia as a child when his parents Dr. & Mrs J.R. Peddie emigrated to NSW. Mike enlisted in the RAAF in WW2, transferring to RAF after the war. He and his wife returned to Western Australia in 1955.
