Worked on railways for 12yrs, 2yrs on Esperance line and 10yrs at Mundijong. In 1961 met a beautiful country girl (Sheila) and they wed in 1962. Worked in the timber industry for 27yrs for Wesfi. Settled in Belmont WA, raised 4 children and has 8 grandchildren.
