Married Arthur Price, to whom she was engaged, who had arrived on the BELGIC two days before her arrival. Accompanied him through his career in the WAGR, living in remote places on the railway line between Goomalling & Mullewa. A more civilised life was her reward (until her untimely death) after 1926 when they settled at Armadale in his position as Assistant Station Master.
