Mila came to Australia to join her brother in Wiluna, WA. Moved to Boulder/Kalgoorlie. Married Mate Opacak 28/02/1942 in Boulder. Moved to Big Bell (husband worked in mines & she cooked and washed for boarders). Moved to Balcatta in 1949 & worked the market garden until retirement in 1967. Moved to 73 Hanworth Street, Balcatta in 1971. They had 3 daughters, Elsie, Lilly, and Valma. She was widowed 1974.
