Henry was convicted for stealing a spade, a sack, 3 fowls, 1 duck and apples and transported to Australia. Granted a "ticket of leave" on arrival at Fremantle. Went to work at Australind for M.W. Clifton. He aquired land there and married Catherine Touhy (questionable spelling) and they had 10 children.
