James and Hannah Charlton Ochiltree and their children Andrew, James, Edward, Isabella, Mary and Hannah settled at Elliot Road, Claremont in 1913. James senior was a signalman for WA Railways. They moved to View Road, Canning Bridge in 1940. James died in 1955, Hannah Charlton in 1949. They had 13 grandchildren.
