Robert, Jean & Carol O'Brien arrived in Fremantle in 1966. They were headed for Melbourne where they stayed in Maribyrnong Hostel for 6 months before moving on to a rented place in Ascot Vale. In 1971 Robert was transferred to Perth with his work with Jean and Carol.
