Arriving with few belongings, Filomena (17) & Lucia (16) started their new life in Australia, without any English. Their first job was picking grapes in the Swan Valley. Filomena then worked at a Midland Nursing Home as an Assistant & Lucia in Southern Cross Palace Hotel as a Housemaid.
