Migrated to Australia in 1931. Enlisted in the Australian Imperial Force in 1940 (2nd/16th Battalion). Fought at many overseas locations, in particular "Kokoda Trail". 1970 - appointed Justice of the Peace. 1986 - Invested as a Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. Married with children, grandchildren & great grandchildren. Lives in Mandurah, WA.
