Margaret Neal arrived from London to marry Herbert Victor Hill of Cottesloe. Hebert an ANZAC had been wounded at Gallipoli and hospitalised in England. Margaret and Herbert had 3 children; Frederick George, Joan Margaret (m. Pixley), Kathleen Joyce (m. Legge)
Margaret lived to enjoy 100 years and thought Australia was a wonderful country.

This is wonderful to read about my Great Grandmother Margaret’s arrival to Australia.
Just one note, my Grandmother’s married name was Leggoe. Not Legge.
Her husband Peter is now 101 and lives in Mount Pleasant.
