Eldest of eight children to Andrija & Zorka. Left his homeland for greater opportunities. Began working as a factory hand before entering the building trade, specialising in grano. Married Janice Miosich in 1971 and they have 3 children, Tanya, Lisa & Andrew. He's also a proud Dida.
