I first came to Aust in 1964 as an Engineer in the British Merchant Navy on a cargo ship called the 'Chakdina' that continually plied between the Persian Gulf and all major Australian ports. After nearly 3 yrs on this run, I decided to make Aust my home and emigrated in 1968. Have been in Fremantle ever since.
