Arriving as a 27yr old bachelor, Hank's love for work took him to rural WA, where he farmed, built houses, poultry farmed, undertook lawnmowing contracting as well as assisting other migrants generously financially. Hawk retired to a 20 acre property at Forrestfield as a hobby farmer.
