Jobs included:Wood Cutter, Gold Miner, Orchardist & Farmer. Found gold in Mt Monger, and mined a number of years. Moved to Chidlows approx 1938, then to Perth 1951 - farmed at Pinjarra. Moved to East Bullsbrook farming 1962. Later moved to Roleystone.
