Liberato Muccilli is the third of seven children (one brother and five sisters). He arrived in Australia as a 16 year-old and worked as a carpenter on numerous homes and construction sites throughout WA. He is married to Cristina and they have two sons (Ferdinando and Peter) and one daughter (Teresa). All live in WA.
